Austin Staffing, Inc. is hiring for a Call Center Representative to join one of our clients in North Austin! Temp-To-Hire position. Starting salary of 14$ an hour. Minimum typing speed of 40wpm (Will be tested)

Desired Outcomes/Principal Duties:

100% of time in e-mails and on phones (this is subject to change depending on the needs of the business)
Must be fully knowledgeable about our product suite in order to successfully identify and communicate problems within the order process to appropriate departments.
Must be able to provide feedback to the marketing department on customer requests and trends
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Be proactive in troubleshooting and solving customer issues (pre-and post -order)
Professionally assist callers and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
Document orders in admin system
Master information contained on our website including product information, use of our customization tool, status and delivery of products, etc.
Work closely with our Production and Customer Service teams in order to help improve the quality of all order files before they are sent to print

Qualifications:

Meet team goals 70% of the time
Meeting and improving metrics in monthly one on one with Floor Manager
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or 1 year call center experience
