Currently, Austin Staffing is hiring entry-level call center representatives for a Texas Banking establishment. In this position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to bank members via inbound phone calls. It is important to this company that you have a true passion for helping others. 

Additional Job Details: 

  • Educate members on the bank's products and services.
  • Process basic financial transactions: transfers, check orders, loan payments.
  • Relay accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

Skills and Experience you Need:

  • Six months to a year of call center/contact center experience.
  • Professional phone etiquette.

Skills that would be Nice:

  • Previous call center or finance/banking experience. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written)
