Austin Staffing, Inc. is hiring a part-time (Thursday-Sunday) Sales Assistant for our Leander based master planned community client. The schedule will be Thursday-Sunday with a salary of 18$/hour


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for supporting the Marketing team in the prospecting process, community sales presentations, and greeting all visitors to the community. . Our job is to sell the community.

· Serve as the concierge, directing traffic to the appropriate department when applicable

· Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department/staff member

· Register visitor traffic

· Assure all collateral is stuffed, up to date, and accurate

· Assist in event planning and execution when needed

· Assure all Audio and Visual sales products are running as intended

· Maintain the amenity centers in show room condition at all times

· Responsible for opening and closing the amenity centers, and disengaging and setting alarms at applicable time and as required

· Any other duties, as required, to fit the needs of the marketing department and developers



Position Requirements

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and familiar with the Internet.

· Excellent communicator (oral and written) including desire to ask questions and learn from others.

· Excellent Presentation skills

· Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task and pay close attention to detail and accuracy

· The desire and ability to work in a team-oriented environment and defer decision-making to others when appropriate.

· Ability to assert oneself in a positive, proactive, diplomatic manner

· Basic knowledge of office functions and decorum

· An ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion

· Familiarity with reviewing and interpreting various sales and analytics tools. (Community story, interactive topography/presentation board, marketing collateral, reports)

· Able to Endure long periods of walking, standing, and climbing stairs

· Comply with professional dress standards
